Wealthy Breakfast Club LLC provides access to proprietary licensing rights, business education, digital resources, community experiences, and optional premium offerings.
All purchases of the WBC License and The WBC Exchange are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the description, price, benefits, and applicable terms of your purchase.
- Purchasing a License or Exchange access does not guarantee sales, commissions, income, or recovery of your purchase price.
- Access to personal sales links may be subject to onboarding, verification, and eligibility requirements.
- Future changes in pricing do not entitle previous purchasers to refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
- Failure to participate in available training, calls, or community activities does not independently create a right to a refund.
Purchases of the License and Exchange are governed by their respective agreements.
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
